[目的]了解龙岩市宾馆、酒店集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为预防集中空调通风系统传播传染性疾病提供科学依据。[方法]2009年7月,在龙岩市辖区内3家宾馆、9家酒店的集中式空调通风系统,用撞击法采集通风口空气,检测β-溶血性链球菌;在通风系统风管内的表面采集积尘,检测积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数。[结果]检测12套集中空调的通风系统,风管内表面:积尘量指标合格率为41.67%,细菌总数合格率为41.67%,真菌总数合格率为25.00%,送风口空气β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100.00%。60个采样点中,风管口表面积尘量合格率为45.00%、细菌总数合格率为65.00%、真菌总数合格率为35.00%。[结论]龙岩市宾馆、酒店集中空调通风系统积尘量多,微生物污染较为严重。
[Objective] To understand the hygienic condition of central air conditioning and ventilation system in hotels and restaurants in Longyan City and provide a scientific basis for prevention of central air conditioning and ventilation system from spreading infectious diseases. [Method] In July 2009, the central air conditioning and ventilation system of 3 hotels and 9 hotels in the district of Longyan was used to collect the air of the vents with the impact method to detect β-hemolytic streptococcus. The surface of the air duct in the ventilation system Accumulation of dust collection, detection of dust accumulation, the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi. [Result] The ventilation system and air duct inner surface of 12 sets of centralized air conditioners were tested. The passing rate of dust accumulation was 41.67%, the total bacterial pass rate was 41.67%, the total pass rate of fungi was 25.00% The passing rate of cocci was 100.00%. Among the 60 sampling points, the passing rate of dust on the surface of the air duct was 45.00%, the total passing rate of bacteria was 65.00%, and the passing rate of fungi was 35.00%. [Conclusion] The hotel and air conditioning ventilation system in Longyan City had a large amount of dust accumulation and serious microbial pollution.
