目的:分析12例药品不良反应/不良事件(ADR/ADE)死亡报告,增强公众安全用药意识,降低用药风险。方法:对我中心2010年1～12月收集到的12例ADR/ADE死亡报告进行汇总,从患者性别、年龄、药品名称、给药途径、联合用药情况、关联性评价及典型案例分析方面做综合分析。结果与结论:ADR/ADE导致死亡的发生原因与多种因素有关。不合理用药、个体差异、疫苗接种、中药注射剂给药方面应引起足够重视。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze 12 ADR / ADE death reports, increase public awareness of safe drug use and reduce the risk of medication. Methods: A total of 12 ADR / ADE death reports collected in our center from January to December 2010 were collected and analyzed in terms of patient’s sex, age, drug name, route of administration, combination therapy, relevance evaluation and typical case analysis Comprehensive analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The causes of death caused by ADR / ADE are related to many factors. Irrational drug use, individual differences, vaccination, Chinese medicine injection should be given enough attention.
