患者,男,63岁,汉族,农民,住院号:198021。主因咯血2天而于1994年9月6日15:00入院。患者人院前2天晨起,无明显诱因出现咯血,呈频繁少量咯出,每次约4～5毫升,鲜红色,混有少许痰液,咯出顺利,不伴发烧胸痛,无明显心慌,气短。初两日咯血总量分别约300和400毫升,不见好转而入院。既往儿时曾有咯血一次,治愈;有高血压病史15年,平时血
