伴随我国社会经济的飞速发展,城市建筑工程行业如雨后春笋般得到了迅速发展,作为建筑企业重要工作之一的建筑工程施工管理也越来越被企业所重视。但是,在目前的建筑工程管理模式中,传统管理模式仍占有很大的比重,而传统管理模式由于自身的一些缺陷,特别容易给管理带来一些问题,进而会影响到建筑工程管理水平的提高,这在一定程度上极大阻碍了我国建筑行业的进一步发展。本文针对目前我国建筑工程管理中的一些问题进行了探讨,并提出了相关的解决措施。
With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the urban construction engineering industry has mushroomed and developed rapidly. As one of the important tasks of construction enterprises, the construction management of construction projects has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. However, in the current construction management mode, the traditional management mode still occupies a large proportion of the traditional management mode due to some of its own flaws, particularly easy to bring some problems to management, and thus will affect the improvement of construction management level , Which to a certain extent greatly hindered the further development of China’s construction industry. In this paper, some problems in construction management in our country are discussed, and the related solutions are put forward.
