职业教育的特点要求其教师必须具备既能从事专业理论教学,又能指导技能训练。文武双全的职教师资如何培养?天津职业技术师范学院经过十余年不懈努力,终于走出了一条实行“双证书”制,培养“一体化”职教师资的新路。目前,这一被称为“标志着我国职业技术教育又达到一个新水平”的教学成果,被国家教委授予1997年普通高等学校国家级教学成果一等奖。

The characteristics of vocational education require its teachers must have the ability to engage in both professional theory teaching, but also to guide skills training. After more than ten years of unremitting efforts, Tianjin Vocational and Technical Teachers College has finally stepped out of a new road of practicing the “double certificate” system and training “integrated” vocational teachers. At present, this teaching achievement, which is called “marking that our vocational and technical education has reached a new level”, was awarded the first prize of the national-level teaching achievement of ordinary colleges and universities in 1997 by the State Education Commission.
