现如今,随着社会主义市场经济体制的发展和完善,电力企业所面临的市场内外竞争日益激烈,这便给企业的思想政治工作提出了新的更高的要求。作为大型国有企业,电力企业要依据现代企业制度的要求,着力建设一支立场坚定、业务过硬、作风正派、斗志昂扬的政工干部队伍,以便于为企业的持续健康发展奠定牢靠的政治思想基础。本文结合电力企业在新时期思想政治工作的新要求,就政工干部做好思政工作提出若干可靠化对策。
Nowadays, with the development and perfection of the socialist market economic system, the competition between domestic and foreign markets faced by power enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. This has set new and higher requirements for the ideological and political work of enterprises. As a large-scale state-owned enterprise, power enterprises should strive to build a contingent of political cadres who are firm in position, highly competent in work, of a decent style and of high morale in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system in order to lay a solid political and ideological foundation for the sustained and healthy development of the enterprise. Combining with the new requirements of ideological and political work of electric power enterprises in the new period, this paper puts forward some reliable countermeasures to do a good job in ideological and political work of political cadres.
