探讨培哚普利对常压缺氧高二氧化碳性肺动脉高压及肺血管重建的影响。采用常压低氧高二氧化碳肺动脉高压大鼠模型,观察肺动脉平均压(mPA),血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及肺小血管平滑肌,外膜,内膜超微结构的变化,以及培哚普利对以上变化的影响。结果显示缺氧高二氧化碳使mPAP,AngⅡ上升,超微结构发生变化,培哚普利组mPAP,AngⅡ下降,平滑肌超微结构病变减轻。提示缺氧高二氧化碳使肺血管重建,且与AngⅡ有关,培哚普利能减轻肺血管重建。
To investigate the effect of perindopril on normoxic hypoxic hypercapnic pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular remodeling. Hypoxic hypercapnic carbon dioxide pulmonary hypertension rat model was used to observe changes of pulmonary arterial pressure (mPA), plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and pulmonary vascular smooth muscle, adventitia, endometrial ultrastructure, and perindopril The impact of these changes on the above. The results showed that hypoxia and hypercapnia increased mPAP, AngⅡ, ultrastructural changes, mPAP, AngⅡ decreased in perindopril group, and ultrastructure of smooth muscle lesion reduced. Hypoxic hypercapnia prompted pulmonary vascular reconstruction, and with Ang Ⅱ, perindopril can reduce pulmonary vascular reconstruction.
