为提升职业教育与培训的透明度,有效保障职业教育与培训的质量,澳大利亚制定了一系列职业教育与培训数据政策,并不断调整完善其政策.其国家职业教育与培训数据政策包括数据收集、数据公开及访问等内容.数据收集包括数据采集、数据存储、数据导出、数据验证和数据提交等过程.澳大利亚将职业教育与培训数据分为“去识别数据”、“机密数据”和“可识别数据”,并对其公开访问做了具体规定,其政策具有数据收集的规范性、数据收集的广泛性、数据收集的合法性、数据访问兼顾公开性与保密性、数据访问流程的规定性等特点.“,”To promote the transparency of vocational education and training (VET) and effectively guarantee the quality of VET, Australia has formulated a series of VET data policies and constantly adjusts and improves them. The National VET Data Policy includes data collection, data disclosure and access aspects. Data collection consists of data gathering, data storage, data export, data verification and data submission. Australia divides VET data into “De-identified data”, “Confidentialised data” and “Identifiable data”, and makes specific provisions for their public access. The policy has the characteristics of standardization of data collection, comprehensiveness of data collection, legality of data collection, openness and confidentiality of data access, and regularity of data access process.
