1病例资料患儿,男,4个月16天,无家族遗传病史和变态反应史,因正常预防接种,于2016年6月1日上午10:45在我院少先社区卫生服务中心预防接种口服Ⅰ型Ⅲ型脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(人二倍体细胞)(北京天坛生物制品股份有限公司,批号:201605073)0.1 ml。接种后2 h,患儿左腿膝盖上方、右小腿、腹部出现散在红斑,左上肢前臂出现散在点状皮疹,于2016年6月1日12:32入住我院儿科。入院体检:T
