安全投入不足、安全投入结构不合理是煤炭行业事故不断发生的原因之一。为了探讨煤矿安全投入结构的合理性,在分析煤矿安全投入与安全状况相互关系的基础上,采用M(1,2,3)模型对煤矿安全投入结构进行了模糊综合评价。评价结果表明:人才培养和安全技术投入是事故预防的关键;安全管理投入是影响安全投入结构合理性的主要因素,企业应该加强安全管理方面的投入;采用M(1,2,3)模型进行模糊综合评价能够提高模糊综合评价的精度,从而针对评价结果提出更加合理的建议。
Inadequate safety investment and unreasonable safety investment constitute one of the reasons for the continuous accidents in the coal industry. In order to explore the rationality of coal mine safety investment structure, based on the analysis of the relationship between coal mine safety inputs and safety conditions, M (1, 2, 3) model was used to evaluate the coal mine safety investment structure. The evaluation results show that: talent training and investment in safety technology are the key points in accident prevention; safety management investment is the main factor affecting the rationality of safety investment structure; enterprises should strengthen the investment in safety management; using M (1,2,3) model Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can improve the accuracy of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, so as to put forward more reasonable suggestions on the evaluation results.
