之前的课程中,我们已经详细地讲解了连击的种类,也进行了简单的练习。本节课,先请大家思考一个问题:最有效的连击手段是什么?是集中力量专打一点,还是多点分散? 另一个问题是:防御动作是否可以同时护住全身各处?处于单纯被动防御中的人,是否可以快速做出反应,及时防守住对方对自己其它部位的突然攻击?比如正在护住头部抵挡对方拳头时,是否可以及时地挡住对方踢向自己下盘的腿法?
In the previous course, we have explained in detail the types of batter, but also a simple exercise. This lesson, first ask everyone to ponder a question: What is the most effective combos? Is focused on a little bit of play, or more decentralized? Another question is: defensive action can protect the whole body at the same time? Are people in a purely passive defense able to react quickly enough to defend themselves from sudden attacks on their other parts in time? For example, being guarding the head against each other’s fist, whether in time to block each other to kick their own leg plate?
