目的探讨万灵中毒患者救治失败导致死亡原因。方法总结吉林油田江北医院急诊科2001-2008年救治万灵中毒患者中20例死亡患者的临床资料。结果中毒患者中2001-2002年死亡13人,2003-2008年死亡7人,死亡多发生于2001-2002年前后。结论治疗中错误地使用肟类复能剂是万灵中毒患者病死率较高的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the causes of death caused by the failure of treatment of all-poisoning patients. Methods The clinical data of 20 death patients who were treated in emergency department of Jiangbei Hospital of Jilin Oilfield from 2001 to 2008 were analyzed. Results Among the poisoned patients, 13 were killed in 2001-2002 and 7 in 2003-2008. Most of the deaths occurred before and after 2001-2002. Conclusions The main reason for the higher mortality of alloxan-poisoning patients is the incorrect use of oximes during treatment.
