高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focusedultrasound,HIFU)是一种既能聚焦定位,又能瞬间产生高温的局部治疗肿瘤的高新技术,是近年来国际医学界非常看好的治疗手段。HIFU治疗过程中,焦区温度的有效实时监控可以使肿瘤组织精确有效地凝固,同时避免对皮肤等正常组织的伤害,是确保治疗安全高效的重要手段。现有HIFU治疗温度的监控和测量方法主要有有损测温和无损测温两种方法。
High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a kind of high-tech that can focus on the location and generate high temperature in the local treatment of tumors. It is a very promising treatment in the international medical community in recent years. In the process of HIFU treatment, the effective real-time monitoring of the focal zone temperature can make the tumor tissue be accurately and effectively coagulated while avoiding the damage to the normal tissue such as the skin, which is an important means to ensure the safety and efficiency of the treatment. There are two methods for monitoring and measuring the existing HIFU treatment temperature, such as loss of temperature measurement and non-destructive temperature measurement.
