目的:降低抗结核化疗药物引起的严重的胃肠道反应。方法:2007-01/2008-12在我科就诊的结核化疗患者125例,采用耳穴埋豆法预防胃肠道反应,进行临床观察。结果:125例中显效99例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率90%。结论:耳穴埋豆法疗效满意,操作简单,经济实用,显效迅速,患者安全无痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To reduce the serious gastrointestinal reactions caused by anti-TB chemotherapy drugs. METHODS: From January 2007 to December 2008, 125 patients with tuberculosis and chemotherapy in our department were enrolled in this study. Ear and bean embedding were used to prevent gastrointestinal reactions and clinical observation. Results: Among 125 cases, 99 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion: The ear burying bean method has satisfactory curative effect, simple operation, economical and practical effect, rapid curative effect, patient safety and no pain, which is worth popularizing and clinical application.
