《语文课程标准》明确提出:语文课程必须根据学生的身心发展和语文学习的特点,关注学生的个体差异和不同的学习需求,开发他们的学习潜能,发展个性。为了让不同层次的学生都能学到知识、获得成功的体验,在实际课堂教学过程中,笔者认为:应从以下方面关注学生的个性差异,实现学生课堂的主体地位。
“Chinese Curriculum Standard” clearly put forward: Chinese curriculum must be based on the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development and language learning, focusing on individual differences and different learning needs of students, develop their potential for learning and development of personality. In order to let different levels of students can learn knowledge and gain successful experience, in the actual classroom teaching process, the author believes that the following aspects should be concerned about the individual differences of students to achieve the dominant position of the students in the classroom.
