江苏省2010年起开始正式实施五年制师范学前教育专业男生免费培养计划,本研究通过对免费男幼师生专业认同感调查,发现存在对自我价值与专业价值认识不足、对专业课程设置认同度低、对个人专业发展前景持不乐观态度等问题,并从自我效能感视角提出提升男幼师生专业认同感策略,即挖掘自身优势,点燃自信,提升认同;强化男幼师生课程挑战性,经历磨炼,增强认同;建立长效激励机制,制定生涯规划,激发认同;发挥榜样的正能量,传授成功经验,引领认同。
