一、充分认识“三个重要”社会保障工作是维护、发展和实现广大人民群众根本利益的大事,是学习实践“三个代表”的重要要求,更是社会主义市场经济体制的重要支柱和保持国家长治久安的重要保证。二、深刻领会紧迫性和重要性社会保障“关乎国运,一惠及子孙”。做好社会保障工作,既是一个经济问题、社会问题,更是一个政治问题。各级劳动保障部门和社保机构一定要充分认识做好养老保险工作的重要性和紧迫性,增强责任感和使命感,大力加强对养老保险工作的领导,与时俱进做好今年各项工作。
