2008年7月,我参加了某大型三级甲等医院信息系统升级项目,并有幸担任项目经理一职,负责项目的实施,该项目是将该三甲医院从局部化网络升级为全院信息化网络,包括了医院管理信息系统(HIS)和临床信息系统(CIS)的升级工作。本文结合作者的实践,以该项目为例,讨论了项目的人力资源管理,包括人力资源计划,组建、建设、管理项目团队的各个流程,文章认为人力资源管理的最终目的是建设高效团队,达到项目成功,因此根据马斯洛的需求层次建立多种激励方式,利用多种方式加强绩效考核;加强人员培训,培训贯穿于项目的始终,以培养团队为目标;根据个人的不同的情况,性格和领域分配适合的工作。项目于次年8月正式上线,运行情况良好;并且培养了一支优秀的项目团队。
