为了贯彻中共中央七中全会有关深化改革加强治理整顿的指示精神,配合中央、国务院进一步完善我国企业集团的有关战略部署,1991年3月11日—3月20日,由海外人才研究会、对外经济贸易部中国国际经济技术交流中心、联合国开发计划署、美国亚美文化人才交流协会等四家单位联合在京举办了中国企业集团高级国际研修班。参加本次研修活动的有,全国20多个省、市、自治区的210家大型企业的243名企业代表;有来自美国、日本、中国的20位专家学者,部分驻京外国商社的代表也参加了研修活动。
In order to implement the guiding spirit of the 7th Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in deepening reforms and strengthening governance and rectification, the central government and the State Council shall further improve the relevant strategic arrangements of China’s enterprise groups.
