1现状和存在问题1.1基本现状一直以来,山东省济宁市兖州区农机化水平位列山东省乃至全国的前列。随着改革开放的进一步深入和农村经济的进一步发展,国家农机购置补贴资金不断加大,新农村建设等惠农政策不断出台,兖州区农机化水平不断跨上新台阶。目前,大中型动力机械和复式高新农业机械拥有量得到迅猛发展,粮食生产综合机械化水平达到98%,形成了涵盖9大类1 000余个品
1 Status quo and existing problems 1.1 Basic status All along, Yanzhou District, Jining City, Shandong Province, the level of agricultural mechanization in Shandong Province and the forefront of the country. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the further development of the rural economy, the subsidy funds for the purchase of agricultural machinery in the country have been continuously increased, and the preferential agricultural policies such as the construction of new countryside have been promulgated. The agricultural mechanization level in Yanzhou District has continuously stepped up to a new level. At present, the ownership of large and medium-sized power machinery and compound high-tech agricultural machinery has witnessed rapid development. The level of comprehensive mechanization of grain production has reached 98%, forming over 1,000 products covering 9 major categories
