学生捣乱,兴味盎然的课堂被打断;学生犯错误,一次次地批评、劝说都收效甚微;课堂设计不够精心,没有掀起应有的高潮;班上的学生没有考出应有的好成绩……教书十几年了,有时想想,似乎烦恼、压力总在困扰着我的,不良情绪甚至左右了我的生活,时间久了难免就产生了职业倦怠。
The students were disturbed and the interesting class was interrupted; students made mistakes; criticism and persuasion had little effect; the design of the classroom was not careful enough to set off the due climax; students in the class did not test out the good results they deserved. ...... I have been teaching for more than 10 years. Sometimes I think that it seems that the troubles and pressures are always bothering me. Bad feelings have even affected my life. Over time, it will inevitably lead to job burnout.
