中国原子能科学研究院研制开发的直线电子辐照加速器采用线性调制器,利用闸流管产生高压脉冲,为速调管提供脉冲功率。经速调管放大后的高功率微波功率馈入加速管,为电子枪发射的电子加速,提高电子的能量,用于辐照加工。设备中的闸流管(包括氢发生器)、速调管、电子枪均为带灯丝加热的设备。在工作中,需对灯丝进行加热后才能正常工作。因此灯丝电源的稳定性,直接影响几个设备的工作状态,从而影响加速器
