油田企业的成本控制与国家宏观调控政策、企业财政成本推行制度、国内外经济环境形势、领导层管理水平、科技创新能力密切相关。如何建立起一个科学、合理的成本控制长效机制,是目前油田企业发展面临的重要难题。本文通过对我国油田企业成本控制、资金管理、科技创新措施展开深入研究,重点分析油田企业成本控制长效机制的动态管理和结构优化,力求客观全面分析问题、解决问题,切实推进我国油田企业在国际领域走向可持续发展道路。
The cost control of oilfield enterprises is closely related to the macro-control policies of the state, the implementation of the fiscal cost of enterprises, the economic and environmental conditions at home and abroad, the management level of the leadership and the capability of scientific and technological innovation. How to establish a long-term mechanism of scientific and reasonable cost control is an important challenge for oilfield enterprises. This article through in-depth study of cost control, capital management, scientific and technological innovation measures of oilfield enterprises in China, focusing on the dynamic management and structural optimization of cost-effective long-term mechanism of oilfield enterprises, strive to objectively and comprehensively analyze and solve problems, and effectively promote China’s oilfield enterprises in International field to sustainable development.
