随着教学改革不断深入,我国职业教育事业已步入更高的发展阶段。在职业教育领域中,混合所有制职业院校是其一次质的飞越,属于重大类型的政策创新。它在丰富混合所有制各种实现形态的同时,为促进办学体制改革,拓展办学经费渠道,更为提高新时期职业院校人才培养效益提供了有利的保障。因此,本文作者对混合所有制院校的发展这一课题予以了探讨。
With the deepening of teaching reform, vocational education in our country has entered a higher stage of development. In the field of vocational education, the mixed ownership of vocational colleges is a qualitative overflight and belongs to a major type of policy innovation. While it enriches various forms of realization of mixed ownership, it provides a favorable guarantee for promoting the reform of running a school system, expanding the channels for running a school and further improving the efficiency of personnel training in vocational colleges in the new period. Therefore, the author of this article discusses the development of mixed ownership institutions.
