介绍了一种人绝经促性腺激素(HMG)纯化新方法。该方法包括SP-Sephadex色谱分离、R试剂处理、DEAE-C色谱分离、SephadexG-100色谱分离。与现行方法比较,舍弃了乙醇溶液抽提、协和树脂吸附等较为繁琐的步骤。该法可将HMG的促卵泡激素(FSH)活性从0.96IU/mg纯化提高至96IU/mg。
A new method of human gonadotropin (HMG) purification is introduced. The method includes SP-Sephadex chromatography, R-reagent processing, DEAE-C chromatographic separation and Sephadex G-100 chromatographic separation. Compared with the current method, abandon the ethanol solution extraction, Kyowa resin adsorption and other more complicated steps. This method increases follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) activity of HMG from 0.96 IU / mg to 96 IU / mg.
