对125例130眼晶体囊外摘出及人工晶体植入术后住院一周内出现的并发症进行观察和分析，比较不同熟练程度术者的手术结果有显著差异（P＜0．01），比较肝素表面处理人工晶体及康明人工晶体的术后并发症无差异（P＞0．05）。从而认为减少早期并发症，提高术后视力的关键是手术技巧及术后对并发症的及时处理。
The complications of 125 cases with 130 eyes after extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were observed and analyzed in one week. The results of surgery compared with those with different proficiency were significantly different (P <0.01) There was no difference in postoperative complications between surface treated intraocular lens and Cunningham intraocular lens (P> 0.05). So that reducing the early complications and improve postoperative visual acuity is the key to surgical skills and postoperative complications of timely treatment.
