目前,对肺癌的血清标志物的研究日趋广泛和深入,也引起了临床的足够重视。CYFRA21-1是一种上皮细胞角蛋白片段,对肺癌特别是肺鳞癌具有很高的阳性率和临床价值。本院自1995年开展CYFRA21-1的放射免疫分析,得到了广泛的应用,现报道如下。 对象和方法 一、对象:1995年10月～1997年12月本院住院病人及门诊病人共235例,其中肺炎147例,肺癌77例,肺结核11例。所有病例均经临床证实。 二、标本收集:早晨抽空腹静脉血3.0ml,分离血清贮4(?)C冰箱一周内检测。 三、方法:CYFRA21-1试剂盒由天津新传生物技术有限公司提供,测量仪器为西安262厂生产的XH6010全自动γ计数仪。所有操作均按说明书。
