在社会主义市场经济深入发展和高等教育大众化的推进中,在当前强调提高高等教育质量、强调教育公平和均衡发展的形势下,自学考试面临新挑战。本文在分析新挑战的基础上,提出了应调整教育对象的重点;重视能力、素质的培养;加强社会助学措施;修订高等教育法规,加强宣传,转变人们的刻板印象;建立各地自考办、主办院校与自考生的互动平台;加强自考工作人员素质,优化队伍等等措施。这样,才能为“十一五”培养合格人才,才能健康可持续地发展。
In the deepening development of the socialist market economy and the popularization of higher education, self-study examinations are facing new challenges under the current emphasis on improving the quality of higher education and emphasizing the fairness and balanced development of education. On the basis of analyzing the new challenges, this article puts forward that the emphasis of education target should be adjusted, the cultivation of ability and quality should be emphasized, the social aid measures should be strengthened, the laws and regulations of higher education should be revised, the propaganda should be strengthened, the people’s stereotype should be changed, Host institutions and students from the interactive platform; to strengthen self-examination staff quality, team optimization and so on.
