一、工程概况:华能国际平凉电厂4x300MW脱硫技改工程中,由于受到生产工艺的需要,在脱硫区域有一钢框架结构的独立室外楼梯,此楼梯是通向吸收塔各层操作平台的唯一通道,此独立楼梯宽2.150米,长4米,高24.6米,具体平面布置及剖面图见附图<一>。设计条件如下:
