通过研究分类绩分式学分制方案特点,以及高等职业教育特点,结合机电一体化技术专业人才培养方案要求,对分类绩分式学分制在09级试点班实施效果进行分析,着重论述在实践教学中该班级学生在实训有效性、小组协作完成任务能力、职业资格证考证和最终就业质量的表现,对比同年级同专业沿用传统学分制管理的班级,说明该种学分管理办法对人才培养的导向和激发学生全面发展的积极意义。
