在高校教育中,工商管理专业具有明显的双重性特征,它一方面强调教学的理论性,另一方面更重视教学的实验和实践性。因此,工商管理教学要做到理论与实践的一体化,促进工商管理专业本科生全面发展。但纵观当下我国高校工商管理专业教学,“轻实践重理论”现象依然不少,该情况亟待改善。本文分析了当下工商管理专业实验实践教学存在的问题,并提出了相应的教学教改策略,以飨读者。
In college education, business administration majors have obvious double characteristics. On the one hand, it emphasizes the theoretical teaching, on the other hand, it pays more attention to the experiment and practicality of teaching. Therefore, the teaching of business administration should achieve the integration of theory and practice, and promote the all-round development of undergraduates majoring in business administration. However, looking at the current professional teaching of business administration in colleges and universities in our country, there are still many phenomena of “theory of light practice” and the situation needs improvement. This article analyzes the current problems in the experimental teaching practice of business administration, and puts forward the corresponding teaching reform strategies to readers.
