作文训练要从学生的主体性需要出发,让学生无拘无束地尽情表达,用充满个性的语言表达。本文在“注重在营造自主的习作氛围,激发学生的写作兴趣、抛弃固定的思维模式,拓展学生的思路、鼓励学生大胆表达,展示自己的个性”等几方面去探讨培养学生的个性化写作,从而弘扬人文精神,为学生打开一扇抒发自我,展现自己的窗口,让学生的妙笔都能生出“个性花”。
