目的:建立固相萃取-电喷雾高效离子迁移谱(SPE-ESI-HPIMS)快速检测红花中柠檬黄、日落黄、金橙Ⅱ、诱惑红并进行定量测定的方法。方法:采用70%乙醇超声提取色素,再经聚酰胺固相萃取柱除去红花中复杂的基质干扰,随后用90%甲醇溶解净化后的样品,最后在各色素优化好的IMS参数下进样检测。结果:色素IMS检测时间均不到20 ms,柠檬黄、日落黄、金橙Ⅱ、诱惑红的检出限分别为0.17,0.15,0.30,0.25μg·ml~(-1),均在0.5~20μg·ml~(-1)范围内具有良好线性(r>0.990 0),平均回收率为88.0%~98.9%,RSD为1.5%~5.2%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于红花中多种非法染色物质的快速检测和定量分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a SPE-ESI-HPIMS method for the rapid determination of lemon yellow, sunset yellow, golden orange II in red safflower, and to induce redness. METHODS: The pigment was extracted by ultrasonic with 70% ethanol and then the complex matrix interference was removed by polyamide solid-phase extraction (SPE) column. The purified sample was dissolved in 90% methanol and finally injected under optimized IMS parameters Detection. Results: The detection time of pigment IMS was less than 20 ms, the detection limits of lemon yellow, sunset yellow, golden orange Ⅱ and temptation red were 0.17,0.15,0.30,0.25μg · ml -1, The average recovery was 88.0% -98.9% and the RSD was 1.5% -5.2% (n = 6) in the range of 20μg · ml -1 with good linearity (r> 0.990 0). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the rapid detection and quantitative analysis of a variety of illegally-dyed materials.
