随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们的生活水平逐渐提升,对于教育问题的重视程度也就逐渐加深。教育作为一种爱的形式,虽然不能等同于父母、家人以及朋友的关怀,但是大多数教育与爱护都具有类似的特点,就是无私的奉献。只有将这种关怀释放出来,教师树立无私奉献的精神,才能用关怀和爱护感化学生,教授其文化知识的同时,也有利于促进其综合素质的发展。本文主要研究高中班主任班级管理中存在的问题,并提出合理的解决方法。
With the economic development and social progress, people’s living standards are gradually increasing, and their emphasis on education is gradually deepening. Although education, as a form of love, can not be equated with the care of parents, family and friends, most education and care have the similar characteristics of selfless dedication. Only when such care is released and teachers establish the spirit of selfless dedication can they help students with their care and love and teach their cultural knowledge as well as promote the development of their overall quality. This article mainly studies the problems in class management of senior high school teachers and puts forward reasonable solutions.
