目的 :探寻老年人普遍性脑萎缩的发生机制。方法 :比较中年组、老年前期组、老年普遍性脑萎缩组、显著皮层萎缩组与显著白质萎缩组血液流变学及血脂各指标差异。结果 :红细胞变形指数、TC、L DL- ch均有增龄性变化。老年普遍性脑萎缩组的红细胞变形指数较老年前期组明显降低 ,而 TC、L DL- ch含量均较其它两年龄组明显增高。显著皮层萎缩组红细胞变形指数、TG、TC、L DL- ch的含量均较显著白质萎缩组低。结论 :红细胞变形能力下降、高脂血症所致慢性脑缺血 ,可能为脑萎缩发生的原因之一。红细胞变形能力下降可能为皮层萎缩的重要原因 ,高血压、高血脂可能在脑白质萎缩中有不可低估的作用
Objective: To explore the mechanism of general brain atrophy in the elderly. Methods: The differences of hemorrheology and blood lipid among middle-aged group, pre-senile group, elderly general brain atrophy group, significant cortical atrophy group and significant white matter atrophy group were compared. Results: Erythrocyte deformity index, TC, L DL-ch all have age-related changes. The erythrocyte deformability index in elderly generalized brain atrophy group was significantly lower than that in pre-elderly group, while TC and L DL-ch contents were significantly higher than those in other two age groups. Significant cortical atrophy group erythrocyte deformity index, TG, TC, L DL-ch levels were significantly lower than the group of significant white matter atrophy. Conclusion: Decreased erythrocyte deformability and hypercholesterolemia-induced chronic cerebral ischemia may be one of the causes of brain atrophy. Reduce the deformability of erythrocytes may be an important cause of cortical atrophy, hypertension, hyperlipidemia may have in the white matter atrophy can not be underestimated
