日本东京都立工业技术中心主任研究员三田郁夫在交流座谈中重点介绍了阳极氧化法合成红宝石膜新工艺,据称使用该法处理所得膜层外形及光学性能接近人工合成红宝石,而且耐蚀、耐磨性能极为优异,可望用于光学、装饰、催化等各个方面.三田郁夫本人早就从事晶体氧化铝的研究工作,七十年代末期,取得了“红宝石膜”的技术专利.估计由于专利保密的原因,此次技术交流样品中未见红宝石膜的实物样品;在具体使用方面,本人也未作详细介绍.笔者认为这是一项比较新颖、有广阔应用前景的工艺技术,现将交流座谈内容进行整理,期望能起到抛砖引玉的作用.
