近年来,我国的宗教事业发展迅速,不少寺院甚至悄然上市,宗教财产的归属、使用管理等一系列问题随之而生,宗教财产保护的法律措施显得尤为必要。文章就宗教财产的法律保护制度进行探讨,分析其存在的问题,在借鉴域外及其他地区宗教财产保护做法的基础上提出相关建议。
In recent years, the religious cause in our country has been developing rapidly. Many monasteries even quietly went public. A series of problems such as the ownership of religious property and the management of their use have arisen. Legal measures for the protection of religious property have become even more necessary. This article discusses the legal protection system of religious property, analyzes its existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of drawing lessons from extraterritorial and other religious property protection practices.
