结合孔型轧制理论参数的推导计算 ,分析工艺因素、原料因素和设备因素对Y型三辊冷连轧机轧制稳定性的影响。在此基础之上 ,提出热轧盘条先经二辊六方孔型轧制后 ,再进入Y型三辊冷连轧机平三角—平三角孔型轧制的工艺方案。试验结果表明该轧制方案可提高轧制过程的稳定性
Combined with the theoretical calculation of pass rolling, the influence of process factors, raw material factors and equipment factors on the rolling stability of Y-type three-roll tandem cold mill was analyzed. On this basis, the paper presents the technological scheme that the hot-rolled wire rod is first passed through two-roll hexagonal pass rolling and then into the flat-triangular-flat pass rolling process of the Y-type three-roll tandem cold rolling mill. The test results show that the rolling program can improve the stability of the rolling process
