针对拉扭薄壁疲劳试样,在控制总应变拉扭循环加载下对中碳钢进行了试验研究。分别测试对称与存在平均拉扭应变情况下,比例加载与非比例加载时,拉与扭的应力响应值随循环数的变化情况。结果表明,低周多轴疲劳加载下,拉与扭应力响应值的硬化与软化特性取决于应变加载路径和加载参数,且平均应变会使其应力响应值有所降低,此外平均应变对多轴疲劳寿命也有一定的影响。
Aiming at the thin-walled fatigue specimen with tension and torsion, the medium carbon steel was tested under the control of total strain tensile and torsional cyclic loading. Respectively, test the symmetry and the existence of the average tensile torsional strain, the ratio of loading and non-proportional loading, the stress and pull the torsional stress response with the number of cycles changes. The results show that the hardening and softening properties of the tensile and torsional stress responses depend on the strain loading path and the loading parameters under low-axial multi-axial fatigue loading, and the average strain will reduce the stress response value. In addition, Fatigue life also has a certain impact.
