互联网时代的技术进步必然对整个社会的组织形态产生革命性的影响,用户需求变化、竞争对手、图书馆的功能、组织形态和工作方式已经并必然将发生更大的变革。图书馆应当充分适应并利用互联网技术及网络社会的需求和组织形态,以灵活和开放的态度改革图书馆的组织管理体系,最终实现图书馆组织形态的再造。变革之后的图书馆将运用社会化大协作实现业务和人员构成的模块化、即时性,并使组织极大扁平化、虚拟化。
The technological progress in the Internet era must have a revolutionary impact on the organizational form of the entire society. The changes in user needs, the functions of competitors, the functions of libraries, organizational forms and working methods have, and will inevitably occur, more radical changes. Library should fully adapt to and use of Internet technology and network society needs and organizational forms, with a flexible and open attitude to reform the library organization and management system, and ultimately the reconstruction of library organizational form. After the change, the library will use the socialization cooperation to realize the modularization and immediacy of the business and personnel composition and make the organization be greatly flattened and virtualized.
