工程预算是施工单位进行项目管理的一个重要的组成部分,是施工单位进行成本控制和预测的基础,是优化施工方案和编制招投标报价的一个重要依据。施工单位能够科学、合理的进行工程预算管理,对于施工企业的投资效益和综合效益的提高都具有重要的意义。本文从施工单位工程预算管理的现状和提高施工单位工程预算管理的方式方法两个方面对于施工单位工程预算管理进行了分析。
Project budget is an important part of construction project management. It is the basis for cost control and forecasting of construction units. It is an important basis for optimizing construction plans and preparing quotations for bidding. The construction unit can carry out the project budget management scientifically and reasonably, which is of great significance to the investment efficiency and the overall efficiency of the construction enterprise. This article analyzes the construction project budget management from two aspects: the current situation of construction project budget management and ways of improving construction project budget management.
