中风是西方国家最常见的死亡原因之一,大约80%由于脑局部缺血。中枢神经系统各部的星形神经胶质细胞均合成 S-100和酸性神经胶质纤维蛋白(GFA 蛋白),故脑结构上的损害可导致 S-100和 GFA 蛋白从脑组织漏入脑脊液,而不一定血脑屏障功能异常。这两种蛋白在血清中浓度很低。作者研究脑梗塞患者脑脊液S-100和 GFA 蛋白浓度测定的临床意义。
