患者女,65岁,退休工人。因全身皮肤变硬一年余,伴吞咽困难半年入院。 患者于1984年10月突然感觉前臂皮肤变硬,有紧张感,仍坚持家务劳动。
Female patient, 65 years old, retired worker. Due to systemic hardening of the skin more than a year, six months with dysphagia admission. In October 1984, the patient suddenly felt the forearm skin harden, feeling nervous and still insisting on housework.
