一个企业在经历了一次创业之后,如果本身已经具备了较强的实力,按照事物发展的客观规律,如果没有一种变革,那么企业一定会慢慢的走向衰亡。要想让企业继续发展下去,实现更高的目标,只有对企业进行根本性的改造,才有可能让企业在一个新的台阶上重新开始发展。对于高新区来说,二次创业同样是在其取得高速增长之后,为了谋求进一步的发展而进行的内部变革过程。其实质是当高新区发展到一定阶段所进行的一次战略转型,是高新区发展过程中的一次革命性的转变。我们希望张江高新区在二次创业的机遇下,能够在大好形势中创造更大的价值,并实现“张江”的真正价值。
