糖尿病是我国慢性病中具有代表性的疾病之一,患病率平均达3.12%,其中2型糖尿病占90%左右,而且逐年上升[1]。为了解上海市闵行区华漕镇2型糖尿病患者相关知识、态度和行为情况,为制订糖尿病社区综合干预对策与措施提供科学依据,笔者于2010年1～3月对在该社区卫生服务中心已建立家庭健康档案的2型糖尿病现症患者进行了调查。
Diabetes is one of the typical chronic diseases in our country. The prevalence rate is 3.12% on average, of which type 2 diabetes accounts for about 90% and is increasing year by year [1]. To understand the relevant knowledge, attitude and behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes in Huacao Town, Minhang District, Shanghai, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of comprehensive intervention measures and measures for community-based diabetes mellitus, the author provided a scientific basis for the community health service center in January ~ March 2010 Patients with type 2 diabetes who have established a family health record were investigated.
