目的:评价水蛭对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。方法:制备大鼠含药血清,制备鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型,比较大鼠水蛭含药血清和空白对照血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。结果:水蛭含药血清存在促CAM血管新生作用。结论:水蛭对活体血管的生成具有促进作用,可能为水蛭在治疗缺血性心血管疾病和其他缺血性疾病中的应用提供新的观点。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of leeches on chick chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis. Methods: The serum containing rat serum was prepared to prepare chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model. The effects of serum containing leech and serum in control group on chick chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis were compared. Results: The leech containing serum had the effect of promoting angiogenesis of CAM. Conclusion: Leech can promote the formation of living blood vessels, which may provide a new perspective for the application of leeches in the treatment of ischemic cardiovascular diseases and other ischemic diseases.
