“嵊州小笼包”是嵊州市特色小吃,其生产和经营直接关系到嵊州市的社会经济发展。本文结合笔者自己乡镇“成校”的工作实际,总结和探讨了“嵊州小笼包”制作技术的培训中的若干做法。
“Shengzhou dumplings ” is a special snack Shengzhou, its production and operation directly related to the social and economic development in Shengzhou. Based on the author ’s own work experience of “township” and “school”, this article summarizes and discusses some practices in the training of “Shengzhou dumpling” production technology.
