在江泽民同志所阐述的中国共产党的“三个代表”中,“代表人民群众的根本利益”具有最根本的意义,因为中国共产党的全部任务和责任,就是为人民谋利益。“代表中国先进生产力的发展要求”、“代表中国先进文化的前进方向”,最终都要体现和落脚在“代表人民群众的根本利益”上。当前,我们学习江泽民同志的论述,最重要的,就是要把代表人民群众根本利益变成每一个党员干部的自觉行动。要做到这一点,就要努力处理好“如何代表”和“如不代表”等问题。
