这些年来许多企业为解决思想政治工作与经济工作“两张皮”,使政治工作更贴近经济工作进行了许多有益的探索,但并没有从根本上解决好。有些企业在两者结合上仍然存在结合不紧,形式不活,效果欠佳的状态。特别是从思想政治工作是经济工作的生命线这一地位和从搞好大中型企业的要求看,思想政治工作的潜能还远远没有释放出来。
