为了提高多缸液压圆锥破碎机排料口的控制精度,提出一种基于绝对值编码器的控制方法。该方法采用多圈型绝对值编码器,通过Profibus网络连接至PLC。编码器用于计量动锥体的旋转圈数和确定相对零点的位置;PLC用于数值处理和逻辑计算;利用液压系统驱动定锥体旋转,调整排料口到设定值。该方法有效解决了接近开关脉冲计数法存在的抗干扰性差、测量精度低及位置信息容易丢失等问题。
In order to improve the control precision of discharge port of multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a control method based on absolute encoder is proposed. The method uses a multiturn absolute encoder connected to the PLC via a Profibus network. The encoder is used to measure the number of revolutions of the moving cone and determine the position of the relative zero point. The PLC is used for numerical processing and logic calculation. The hydraulic system is used to drive the fixed cone to rotate to adjust the discharge port to the set value. The method effectively solves the problems of poor anti-jamming, low measurement accuracy and easy loss of location information of the proximity switch pulse counting method.
